Cancellation Rules - Hotels
- Within 24 hours of check-in, it is non-refundable.
- Before 24 hours of check-in, a 50% refund is granted.
- 18% GST will be deducted on cancellation charges.
- 2% of transaction charges will be levied on every cancellation.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations of dormitory bookings.
Cancellation Rules For Hill Stations (1st April To 15th June Season Period Only)
- Within 24 hours of check-in, it is non-refundable.
- Before 24 hours of check-in, a 50% refund is granted.
- 18% GST will be deducted on cancellation charges.
- 2% of transaction charges will be levied on every cancellation.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations of dormitory bookings.
- The same will be applied to Hotel Kanniyakumari and Coutrallam during the season period.
General Rules Hotels
- Prior to 48 hours, only one preponement/postponement is permitted, subject to availability of accommodation.
- No Cancellation/Postponement/Preponement is permissible after availing of one postponement or preponement.
- CGST and SGST will be levied on hotel lodging bills in accordance with the rules.
- The rates are subject to change at any time without notice.
- Customers who book their accommodations online can cancel or postpone them using their login ID on the TTDC online website.
- Cancellation refunds for online customers will be reimbursed to their card account online.
- Catering facilities are available in all the TTDC group of hotels.
Cancellation Rules - Tours
- No cancellation/Preonement/Postpoement within 8 Days before the commencement of the "Daily Tirupathi Tour".
- No cancellation is permissible within 24 hours before the commencement of the other tours.
- Online customers can cancel their reserved tour package by logging into TTDC online website.
- If your booking is done online, you will receive a refund according to the cancellation rules.The refund amount will be credited to your credit or debit card account via online transfer.
- No refund will be allowed if the tourist misses the coach or cancels the journey after the departure of the coach.
- Cancellation charges will be levied as below. Within 48 to 24 Hours = 50%, Before 48 Hours = 25%.

- The discount/concessions are not eligible for the Tirupathi Tour and rail-cum-road Tours.
- Tours will be operated subject to the availability of a minimum of 10 tickets.
- All discounts and concessions will be extended only after the completion of the tour.
- The rates are subject to change at any time without notice.
